A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF INTERACTION OF 2D XY SPINS AND ITS APPLICATION TO SOFT-MODE TURBULENCE
2D XY spin is one of the classical spins that describe the interaction between neighbouring spin in two-dimensional system (2D) with two degrees of freedom (xy) . We presents the simulation of the interaction between two 2D XY spins which, respectively, repr esent two kind of wavevectors, namely C(r) and q (r). The total energy of the system consist of three types of interaction energy namely interaction of C(r), q (r) as well as between C(r) and q (r). The order parameter of magnetization and the total energy per spin for both wavevectors are presented as functions of temperature T and system size N. The po ssibility of the application of this inte raction to the soft-mode turbulence is investigated.
