161-163 Nonzero θ13 from Approximate Neutrino Mixing Matrix

Neutrino mixing matrix is formulated by using the standard neutrino mixing matrix as a basis to formulate approximate neutrino mixing matrix by considering the experimental data as inputs. The resulted approximate neutrino mixing matrix can predict nonzero mixing angle θ13 which is compatible with the experimental data and the underlying symmetry of resulted neutrino mass matrix is μ-τ symmetry when we impose m1~m2. We also obtained the nonzero mixing angle θ13 that related to neutrino masses, i.e. sin θ13 = m2/m3 that can be tested in future experiments.
